Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

   A: "We process orders quickly, but if you email us within 1 hour of purchasing, we can usually make changes.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

   A: We accepted credit major cards

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?

    A: Yes and don't forget tocheck their spam folder just in case.

Shipping & Delivery

Q:How long will it take to get my order?

    A: from the time we get the order and get it packed up it can take between 5-7business days. 

Q:How much does shipping cost?

    A: free shipping on all orders over $75 or 11.95 flat rate

Q: Do you ship internationally?

    A: not at this time but keep checking in and see what's to come. 

Q: How can I track my package?

    A:  A tracking link is automatically emailed to them as soon as the order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Q:What is your return policy?

    A: 14 days with the tags and original package

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

    A: By emailing your support team or visiting a specific returns portal link on your order and we are happy to help. 

Q: Are returns free, or do I have to pay for shipping?

    A: The team at Iron lily will email you a return label to print out so you can return your package.
